Comments:
Can't believe it, but I actually woke up on my own at 0500. Good thing, because my alarm was still set to 0630. Felt OK walking around, had tea and a Clif and was on the road by 0530.

Couldn't believe how good I felt, despite the 10mi/4mi AT just 10 hours previous. It took only about a half-mile to loosen up the stride.

Did the usual loop, though lengthened it enough to make it *almost* legit enough to call it ten. Legs didn't like to concrete around campus/Fairmount and I was TIRED going up the Birch St/PRE hill, but otherwise it was a good run. Quick breakfast then off to work. Sadly, I think I'm gonna need to be up BEFORE 5 to not have to rush in the AM.
