Went to lift earlier today. Not as busy right around lunchtime. Pretty good workout kinda did a mix of stuff. It was tiring though and my arm shoulders and back really felt it.

Front DB Shoulder raise x15 (20 lbs)
Goblet Squat + Snatch x15 (35 lbs)
Overhead DB Shoulder raise x15 (20 lbs)
3 Sets of
Inverted Row x15 (20 lbs)
4 Sets of
Stiff Leg Deadlifts x10 (Bar)
Tired after, took me a while to get dressed and get back to my office for lunch. I was pretty hungry afterwards. Felt good to be in the gym though. Good call since Winter Storm Vulcan is swinging through the Northeast and it could be rainy and cold tonight. WTF when is this weather gonna end...
