Comments:
ran 5xmile with kaleb on the track. did on the track because it's the first workout this summer where i wanted to see what i could actually run, where i actually wanted to know the time instead of just gauging effort and just taking the times as they come. we went 5:41, 5:31, 5:20, 5:13, 5:03. 1 min. rest between each except between the 3rd and 4th we had about 2:30 because i put spikes on because i wanted to remind my feet what it felt like to wear spikes again. i want to do some of my workouts this fall in spikes so i need to keep doing this every once in a while. great workout, it really didn't feel that hard either. the last one we went (ballpark here) 79, 78, 76, 70 and until the last 200 it really just felt like a natural progression.
