Comments:
With Darren and distance guys down Wisconsin to the Potomac river and back. I felt great--the uphill is always overdramatized and I wanted to push it more. Crunches and pushups with one minute segments with Gabe, Griffin, Boardman and DZ. 10 of the pushups rocking side to side, alternating which arm you put weight on, while keeping the other arm straight, 15 wide and 15 regular. The weather was great and nothing bothered me.
