Comments:
To listen to the advice of your elders. Being(easily) the youngest runner on Thursday nights is kinda fun, I get all kinds of advice. Most of it is even good.
Unrelated, I've started tweaking my stride. Seems to me we waste a lot of time doing the heel to toe bit. Maybe running on my toes will be faster? One thing is for sure, the calf muscles aren't exactly amused by the new experiment.
