Weather: kinda cool but perfect for an LR

Comments:
Pet those horses again up on Mt. Scio Rd. Ran to the end of Groves (again) and up over Mt. Scio. Running the hilly side of Long pond was a mistake as it was dangerously icy in many places.

But a fine way to end this recovery week.

Added some core work as Pinky watched playfully.
