Comments:
My back was sore again when I woke up with morning, so I recognized today needed to be primarily a cross training day. I got myself stretched out enough to jog a little and my back did feel less sore once I got started. It took me a while to get up to speed, but once I did the pace was reasonable, 7:20s.
