Comments:
Ran in the early afternoon. Today was much nicer and warmer than yesterday. Actually the sun came out and it was awesome. Started at Cornell near the track. The hurdles were still set up from a FLRC meet earlier, so I ran over a few of them on my way out to run. Ran to the bike path, down past Maplewood Apts, down Mitchell past Belle Sherman then came home via Giles trails. It was all downhill and I was taking it easy just coasting along. Felt good. The trail was a mix of snow and ice and mud, so that was slow going. Once I got back on roads, started to pick it up a little. Finished real strong.
Essentials: Stretch
Did a short stretch since I was pretty muddy. Ankle was a little sore and unstable today, and right shin was kinda tight here and there, probably from the downhills. Overall good run today. Its always nice to run around Ithaca.
