Slowwww long run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 50s/low 60s, sun ... pretty high allergens

Comments:
Quite tired from a long night out, so I bumbled around the house for quite a while before finally getting out for the run. Actually WALKED to the coffee shop, walked with my coffee and finished it before starting to run (1.5mi).

Did a "Shamrock" pattern - out and back west, then east, then south. The HR was spikey early, right away into the 103s and tough to keep below 140 at points. Stopped back at the apt to throw down some water and after the second loop, to change shoes - my feet were SORE: from Pisgah, standing at the meet, then all night in dressy shoes.

The 3rd lap was a shit-show: total explosion of HR. This is when fatigue is so high that it causes a catastrophic drop in pace just to stay level. So, I slowed from high 7s to low 9s, but otherwise just kept rolling!

Didn't hear shit from Chels, but that doesn't matter to me right now...but I'm still thinking about her. However, I did spend a lot of time thinking about Ashley! She's an attractive girl for similar reasons: gorgeous, critical/judgmental and inconsistent...just my type! :-P
