Comments:
felt really good. kept steady pace. stopped 5 times. 4 of those for water. one was extra long to stretch and cool off with water from water fountain. one was at the top of dana point harbor hill. last 5 or so miles were hard. i got very hungry. first couple miles were slightly uncomfortable due to taking 2 5-hour energies on a nearly empty stomach. next time i can hydrate more before and eat a little bit more or bring a snack like a gel pack.
