The Shell to SW Bike Path to the Beltline and back -
I had originally mapped out a run over to the east side of the isthmus but immediately reconsidered when I left the Shell feeling absolutely terrible. My back was really really tight, as was everything else. It also didn't help that I was in the height of my sickness. I chose the SW Bike Path since it is and out-and-back rather than a more complicated route so that I could turn back whenever necessary. My back felt better once I got going, but I was exhausted from the sickness and extremely sore and tight the whole way.
