Gorham to Sherman through Maple Bluff to Woodward to Marcy to Troy to Northport to Sherman back-
Despite it being "cold" (for late March anyway), I did my Sunday "long" run to hit 50 for the week. I decided to run through the bridge on Troy that looks like a large sewer tube so I structured the route around it. My legs felt much better after yesterday, still not good by my usual standards, but much better nevertheless. I still felt kind of sick and pretty out-of-shape. Nine miles feels like it's pretty far still. I've generally heard that two weeks is the length of time necessary for cardio improvement, so hopefully after another non-injured week, I will start to feel decent running again.
I still can't find it within me to log this as a "long" run.
