Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did 10 on the bike to warm up, 30 run, then 15 cooldown. Decided to break up like this since it was so cold outside and I didn't have much time in my traveling schedule. Felt tight on the run at the beginning, but felt a little better coming back. Varied pace because of hills. Still think I was under 6:00 on the average though.
