SES Fartlek

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Productive day at work, then we went to check out a house. It was old, but not as old as the XCFH. Its hard to compare houses to the house. Nothing can top it... anyways ran right when we got back home. I was super itching to run, havnt got my legs rolling in a while. It was nice. Game time decisioned to do a fartlek, mix in a little speed. Good choice cause I got in a good workout in a short timeframe. Ran over to SES, then did 5 laps around the school, 30 sec on 30 sec off. I felt like I was really rolling, havent run that fast in a while. I was probs still pretty slow. They got harder as I went along, but I was making an effort to keep the pace up and keep it strong. Back felt kinda sore and tight when running fast. I am just not used to it after not running fast in a while. I miss it. HR around 132 at the end. Slowly jogged back home cause my legs were beat.

Essentials: Stretch

Quick stretch might be sore later. Legs, ankles all felt fine. Upper body was tight and uncoordinated. Hope to get into the gym sometime soon, but these next few weeks leading up to the Cume are busy, not a lot of free time. Its study study all day err day.
