31' on the treadmill, a circuit of jackknifes, weighted lunges, push ups, goblet squats, pull ups, and sit ups on stability ball.
Then 3' cool down.
Why did I go indoors in such a beautiful place durin hot weather? Well, I didn't want to get lost.
Really amazing gym.
