Comments:
Ran from Conte after class today. Legs felt heavy and slow after yesterday. It was nice out today though. Super windy so that made it pretty chilly actually. Started out slow, and kinda went slow the whole time. SOme parts were muddy and some parts were icy, and at the top of the hill the wind was so strong I almost fell over. Nice quick run though. In the backwoods, the ROTC people were doing some recon drill. I didnt see them at first because they were wearing camo and crawling on the ground. Pretty legit. Finished up strong down the hill though.

Quick stretch in my office. Legs feel worn out. Maybe a lift or some nice weather will spark them up.
