Comments:
Good run. First week of the 'Run Less, Run Faster' program. the first two workouts are where I believe I will struggle, the long runs at 55-60 seconds slower than 10K pace are not a problem. Hopefully next week will go as planned. Looking forward to see a race to monitor results.
