Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 65, sunny, some clouds

Comments:
We had practice at 3:45, but only Neville, Sam, Zeke, DZ, Sahil, Anna, Sara and I showed up with Matt Simonson as unofficial coach. All the distance guys started together but DZ and Sahil peeled off and made their own, shorter loop. I ran with the Timex watch Zeke gave me, but got 1:22:18 on the whole thing, an incorrect measurement because I forgot to stop it at a couple places. Boardman, Zeke and I completed the white-house loop, increasing the pace in the middle and substantially lowering it by the end. Tilden-->Beach-->Blagden-->Matthewson-->Argyle-->Shepherd-->16th-->Pennsylvania-->M-->31st-->Wisconsin-->School. Fantastic run, my form felt good and I stayed composed the whole time though I was working during the last 1.5. Strength work on the field with DZ and Sahil: 1:15 planks, 15 leg lifts, 20 supermen, 20 pushups, 100 crunches.
