Comments:
Did a progression run with a mile warm up and then splits of 7:15 - 7:20 - 6:50 - 6:30 - 6:15 - 6:00 and a couple miles cool down. I felt pretty good especially on that 6:15 mile but I was definitely pressing on that 6 minute. I figure the altitude to be slowing me about 15? seconds a mile so I think those last three miles or so was a good LT workout. Felt pretty good afterwards and not too tired but I guess I will see how I feel tomorrow.
