Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
After getting in from the warm up headed up to the third floor to get a pump on. Good stuff

3 sets of:
20 Overhead DB press
20 PBDKLBKLB
20 Goblet Squat (35lbs)
20 DB Bicep curls
20 Bench Dips

Didnt list weights because for the first set I used 20lbs, then 15lbs for the 2nd and 3rd. 20 was hard I was struggling on my form. The biceps were also pretty tough. I really had to work for those. Rested a lot between each set because I was feeling it. Good pump though my arms were feelin huge afterward. Gym was packed today with the bad weather. Everyone wanted to stay inside I guess.
