Comments:
After successfully fixing my watch, I went out for and afternoon run. I was getting a headache all day. The weather was pretty crappy. Ithacating and kinda cold. One of those days where you want to stay inside, but I get cooped up and its hard to study well when I stay inside all day. Did a short run, felt very sore, probs from going hard in the paint yesterday. Took it nice and slow and worked things out. Felt ok by the end I was just zoned out and cruizing. Even in the weather felt great to get outside.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch. Quads are kinda tight from yesterday. Upper body not too sore. Ankles and legs ok overall. Fit running in where I can next few weeks because its big time study time now for Cumes. Once this rain passes we have some fun in the sun weather coming up. Gonna be so refreshing.
