Weather: sunny, windy, nice

Comments:
Warmed up and stretched in the gym, then went outside and ran 11 laps on the track. We sprinted from half through each turn to 10 meters into each straightaway, then jogged the other 280m. Then we were split into groups and ran a hard 400. After that we did a mile cooldown and then lifted.
