Weather: wonderful, slightly breezy

Comments:
We armed up in the gym, then ran to Sconodoa, went left, then the first left after that back up Walnut to Seneca, then down Cleveland, up Sayles, down 5 and back to the high school at a mile pace. Then I ran barefoot up and down the field 18 times (9 down and back).
