Comments:
Today we armed-up inside. Then we went outside and ran 2 warm-up laps. Then distance did 8 400s, the goal was 70-75 for the first 4, 65ish for the next 3, and all you had left for the last one. Well that was slightly unrealistic for me and I spent most of my remaining energy on the second to last one. It was a good workout though. We had about 5:30 in rest inbetween each one. After that I ran a mile cooldown on the track and then 9 up and backs barefoot on the field.
