white road loop, ending at cemetery
6xup long back hill and hugging hill up to very top (~.33) w/long down rest (~same)...7:30 miles w/fast up and rec. down.
home for cd.
felt stronger than I suspected, esp. after 7mi. w/u. felt speedier than expected. breathing a situation. need to get comfy at 6:30-6:40 pace by doing 5:30 pace in intervals, 6:00 in tempo for a few weeks.
