short circuit of strengthening exercises (weighted lunges, push ups, squats, triceps dips and jackknives)

JK devised this workout and, although it was exactly what I needed today, she really whipped the floor with me leading every interval and finishing ahead by at least one second on each. AW joined in on the second lap of a few.

I was feeling jet-lagged from all the traveling yesterday but I'm glad I did this workout. It'll probably get me refocused for the next week and a quarter before the Flat Out 5k. Happy to have done some strengthening work; it's probably what I need right now. Ate a good meal afterward too.

Did my cool down with one of the girls that MH trains; can't remember her name... hmm.
