Weather: super windy, hailing
Comments:
Did a little workout inside before I ran. Then I ran up to Fairview, then up that, across Abe's Way and back down Mt. Hope to home. I felt good except when I got to Abe's Way it started hailing a lot. And it kinda hurt. More importantly, when I started to run down Mt. Hope, it was half blinding me because I had to look at the ground to keep it out of my eyes. Those are big hills, roughly a 500 foot elevation difference not to mention all the gross change from going up and back down.
