I felt ok during the warm up, not the best. I felt a little full. It was a little hot and windy today. I didn't get the best of warm up because the race got delayed like 15 minutes. I only got like 1 stride out before the race. I am pretty disappointed with my performance in this race. The first 200 was at 5 minute pace. I came though the 1600 in like 5:45 I think. I ran a lot of the race in the 2nd lane which I did really bad on. I didn't have a good kick at all. I should have done so much better than I did, but I can bounce back with a good 1600 race on Monday.
