Gorham to Broom to John Nolen to Willy to Spaight through Orton Park to Rutledge to Lakeland to Welch to Emmer to Bike Path to Marquette to North to Johnson to Gorham -

Today I did what is very close to a rectangle of the isthmus. It was a cool route, but I felt like garbage on the run. I was extremely tired and hungry, and my muscles felt like a rusty bucket of bolts. My back is still sore every morning when I wake up but has caused no further problems.
