Comments:
Five and fifteen pattern. Knee discomfort throught the first run, but OK thereafter. ACE and Pressure strap. The Matrix works backwards - set it for 65 min and go till it stops . 98 at start and down to 102 after five min at end of the work out. MUCH better. Tender knee later (not good)
