Weather: 50s, light rain, perfect for a workout

Comments:
We warmed up to AU, expecting a difficult ladder or some other quality speed workout. Earlier in the day, I thought I would not be ready for it, given my high quality day yesterday, but by the time we had gotten to AU and done drills (which, the senior's absence the other juniors and I led) my mind was ready. So instead Zeke, Jackson, Aidan and I did the winter hill loop at an easy pace, looping back for Isabel, Sara, Ana, some Juliae and Katherine Treanor at the top of each hill. I felt alright during the run, but am sore now. 2 minute planks, 20 pushups afterwards.
