Weather: raining sometimes, windy sometimes, sunny sometimes
Comments:
We warmed up inside, then again out on the track. Then we ran 4 hard 8s with 4 minutes rest inbetween. The middle two were my best. After that we ran 1 hard 400 and then I ran a 2 mile cooldown. On the last 800, it was literally raining on the back stretch of the track, and mildyly sunny on the home stretch, both laps.
