Wow, I didn't think I would enjoy running these events as much as I did. I'd really like to do the 400 again. I did give it full effort but I do feel like I can do so much better. Definitely a confidence boost for Saturday! My legs still feel great (as of right now) and I'm hoping I wake up feeling the same way.
