Weather: sunny, warm, windy

Comments:
We did a mile warm-up, then a 2 lap run around the track after stretching. Then we did 3 1200s, with a slow jog of two laps in between each one. We were supposed to get faster each time but I think Will is the only one that did. Then I ran 1 mile cooldown on the track, and then 1 mile on the field barefoot.
