6:20 PM. Sleep: 7 hr. Legs felt dead all day at work, wasn't sure that I was going to do this workout, but I did anyways, football camp on the track and fields, drills, lap of striders.

8 * 800 m w/ 30 sec rest, a little quicker than I wanted, but felt pretty good, wind made a difference, splits: 2:54, 2:57, 2:53, 2:58, 2:59, 2:58, 2:55, 2:55.

Guy asked how many laps I did as I left, saw the UPS guy who later stopped at my parents' house as I was stretching, stretch, crunches & pushups.
