Comments:
I felt ok during the day. I have definitely felt better, but not as bad as Friday. I was content with my mile time. I think my first 800 was in 2:40 and my last 800 was in 2:44. I really thought I could break 5:20 and maybe go 5:15. As it proves, my kick is still very bad that needs to be improved. I was glad that I stayed composed in the beginning of the race. I might have been able to keep up with the top 2 if I stayed with them, but they went out too hard than I wanted to. I was in last place after 10 seconds, but I took it one runner at a time ending in 4th place.
