Comments:
20' warm up
stick work and glute activation
drills and strides
8 X "300m"/2'
10' cool down
some core work (planks, jacknives)

Had a frustrating day with my doctor and I almost lost all motivation to do this workout. I think the half cup of coffee really helped me regain my focus.

Anyway, with regards to the workout, I realized later I shortened the interval after the direction changed. No matter; this was only about feeling the turnover and adding confidence.

Still I have a nagging feeling of dread...
