Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Kind of hot, a little uncomfortable

Comments:
I ran with the other distance guys, Wisconsin to Kenwood, where we observed the cherry blossoms (which have bloomed so quickly it surprised me) for a few minutes then returned to school via the CCT and river. No pain in the shin during the day or on the run. Phew. 1 minute planks, 15 leg lifts, 20 pushups, 50 crunches. Pretty enjoyable Friday overall.
