The Shell to SW Bike Path to Washington to Henry to State back (alone), The Shell down Monroe to Grant to Edgewood, along the trail to Woodrow to Monroe to Glenway to Speedway to Franklin to Regent back-

Today I decided to add on before running club so it would be a more continuous workout. Stephen, Jered, and I decided to really push the last 3 miles or so of the run since we haven't done that in a while. I felt somewhat out of shape and can tell I haven't gotten back everything I lost this winter in my flurry of injuries but it still went well enough. The overall time isn't very fast but there was a crazy negative split in here. I also managed this without any injury problems besides my still-taped peroneal tendon, which didn't hurt any more than on a normal run these days.
