Ran on the beach today. I ran a warm-up, then ran for a consecutive 35 minutes. It was really hard and my achilles felt like it was on fire but it was nice, Then I ran a cooldown and stretched a tiny bit. It was really nice, ran from like 7 to 8:30iish.
