Weather: warm, cloudyish
Comments:
Ran a warm-up, then stretched some. Then I decided to do 10 200s so I made a line in the sand and ran for about 55 seconds at an approximate 8 min mile pace and made another line. So I ran between them, and all my times were from 30-37 so I think that was pretty accurate giving that I was dodging people who were walking around.
