Comments:
perfect weather for the race...overcast with a bit of humidity...my knees felt better today than they have felt in quite awhile.although the 5k time was not that fast, i did run it faster than i expected..me and sydney settle ran together from start to finish..did a good warmup..(twice) 2 miles

after the 5k jacob, brianne and myself ran the 10 k to get some mileage in and kept a decent pace for it. 7:42 first 4 miles were pretty smooth and struggled a little coming in... good mileage day and hope to continue with this...
