Comments:
I finally think I have fully recovered from the track season. I felt in control of my warm up. I felt so good. If we were going longer and I had kept my pace, I could have turned it into a steady state or tempo run. I was going 6:49 pace the last 1.5 miles of it. I felt really good. I'm glad I am back to feeling good on distance runs. I wasn't happy about doing speed work because of varsity, but I went pretty slow. I went like anywhere from 1-2 mile race pace for 300 meters with a lot of rest so it felt like a breeze. It felt like nothing. I am not tired from it at all.
