5k back to redman bridge: 5:56, 5:58. 6:05 (18:31)

felt good! hard hard workout but legs felt excellent. not comfortable with breathing at this pace, but not nearly as bad as I expected. was able to stay calm and controlled, focused, thoughtful throughout.
