Ran to AU for a track workout. It felt absolutely awesome! I felt sharp and my legs felt strong. I lead a pack with Isabel and Gillian and thought everyone did so well, working off each other and moving quickly. I was happy with all the pickups minus one of the 400s, in which I got boxed out. Also, I'm not sure on the 400 times. Then, on the way back from AU, I still felt really great so I tempo'd back to the church and the whole time my legs felt super engaged and I felt my form was streamlined and just in general it felt awesome! Finished up with a ton of strength work with the girls distance team. I love how excited everyone is to be working hard, enthusiastic to be running workout and doing tough strength work afterwards. It really makes it easy to enjoy working hard with the team.
