Weather: hot, sunny
Comments:
Ran a mile warm-up, stretched, then did another lap. Then we ran a mile, I think a few seconds under 6 minutes. Then we did 8 200s with 40 seconds about in between because we were split in two groups and we went when the other one finished. Then we ran one 400 after a 5 minute break, and then I ran a 3 lap cool down and a mile on the field.
