8x400m AU workout

Comments:
Pretty good workout. Pretty sore and tired feeling during the warmup but my legs loosened up then they felt okay. I was in a group with Katherine, Gabo, Isabel, Rihanna, and Gillian. The pickups were around 82, 80, 79, 81, 82, 80, 79, 74 but I'm not 100% on those times. I really appreciated Isabel during this workout-- I was feeling pretty tired around halfway through but we ran side by side for the majority of the pickups and I really felt her presence. Kept me strong! Also, Katherine broke off for the last couple 400s and it was awesome to see her attacking it and even right neck to neck with Sahil and other boys in the last pickup!

Overall, it wasn't my favorite workout but I think that may be because I seem to do better in workouts with variety as it forces me to refocus before every pickup. All this sleep is definitely still a huge help, though. And I'm glad I got to do a solid workout this week before all the craziness of scheduling starts.
