SLOW am run

I knew I didn't want to run with the kidZ today. What I feel I need to do is alternate HARD days with SUPER-easy (like 12x HR) days, and I knew they wouldn't run that slow, so I woke up early and ran solo.

BOTH ankles (but L >>R) are just ROCKED. Most of it is carryover from Sonoma, but the weekend wrecked 'em. SUPER-stiff L ankle, that only marginally warmed up.

Went SUPER-easy along the river, maybe 8:30 pace?, but the HR was super low (110-130, avg 12x). Pretty miserable run, but that's what those low-HR runs feel like.
