Comments:
Havnt run in the past few days. I really really wanted to get out there and go, been craving one for sure. Got home and headed straight out, even though I was pretty tired. It was super windy today out of the north, so the way out was easy, just coasting. Struggled on the way back, but I felt strong pushing through. Legs felt good today despite the hiatus. Nice and comfortable I totally needed that run. Knees a little sore and my torso was a little sore from throwing yesterday, but overall felt smooth and comfortable.
Essentials: Stretch, hips, roll
Nice day so I stretched outside, enjoying the breeze. This week went by so fast. And the semester is almost over! This will be the first weekend in a while I dont have much going on so Ill have time to catch up on studying and get some runs and gym in. Also, I assume the conference peeps will be leaving for Chicago soon. Good luck at UAAs and have fun!
