first few miles didn't feel good, mainly mile 1.

little over 16 minutes for deuce, 25+ to Banneker or 3 miles. ran the run day loop and was at 3.8 Ran to PB track 4.77, ran a lap 1:59.

did some core work, pedestal routine up to 5 felt fine.

ran with dad for two laps in like 7 minutes

ran lap for myself + 200m.

ran back towards home, miles were around 8 flat

decided to run to the park and back home
